WHEREAS Dorcas Ndugi Njoroge, of P.O. Box 1201–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold interest of all that Apartment erected on of all that piece of land registered as Apartment No. A9 on Plot No. 19797/I/MN, registered as CR. 69136/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
