THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Irmtraut Schmid, as administrator of the estate of Hansdieter Schmid (deceased), of P.O. Box 114, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2525 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 4843/III/MN, registered C.R. 44722/1, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Deed File register in respect of the land title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a Deed of Indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Indemnity and reconstruct the Deed File register under provisions of section 33 (5),.
