REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herbert Muriu Gathage, of P.O. Box 468–20300, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/18961 (Mwariki), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
