WHEREAS Eunice Wanjiru Karanja, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani S.S./2249, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of 24th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
