REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Hassan Mohamed, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 63/667, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in ELC Case No. 2141 of 2007, has ordered by a declaration that the said piece of land belong to Tom Onyango Oketch, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease issued in respect of the above land by the Land Registrar has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration and issue certificate of lease to the said Tom Onyango Oketch, and upon such registration the certificate issued earlier to the said Amina Hassan Mohamed, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
