GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16098

WHEREAS Mwangi Gathuku Gathuraku alias Mwangi Gathuku Gatharaku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.77 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mweiga Block 3/Kimenju/223, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. E14 of 2022, has issued grant of letters intestate to Godfrey Muchemi Mwangi as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Godfrey Muchemi Macharia and (2) Moffat Wanjohi Mwangi, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Godfrey Muchemi Mwangi as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Godfrey Muchemi Macharia and (2) Moffat Wanjohi Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Gathuku Gathuraku alias Mwangi Gathuku Gatharaku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
