REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Ita Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mbeere/Kirima/1805, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. 247 of 2021, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Muthoni Ita (ID/3765120), whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered in the name of Edward Ita Mwaniki (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of Muthoni Ita, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Ita Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
