REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenneth Mathenge Wanjohi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Euasonyiro Ilpejeta Block I/816, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E376 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Patriciah Wanjira Mathenge and (2) Michael Wanjohi Mathenge as administrators, and whereas the said (1) Patriciah Wanjira Mathenge and (2) Michael Wanjohi Mathenge as administrators have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Patriciah Wanjira Mathenge and (2) Michael Wanjohi Mathenge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kenneth Mathenge Wanjohi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
