REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Barnaba Kipkiyai alias Kipkiyai arap Tendenei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Chepterit/8 situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 147 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration in favor of (1) Mark Kipngetich Tarus and (2) Christina Chalagat Tendenei, both of P.O. Box 1330–30300, Kapsabet, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Barnaba Kipkiyai alias Kipkiyai arap Tendenei (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Barnaba Kipkiyai alias Kipkiyai arap Tendenei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
