NOTICE is given that a petitioner of Insolvency/Liquidation of the above named company by the High Court at Mombasa was presented to the Court by E. Nyongesa Advocates and Associates Uganda Property Holdings Limited Building 2nd Floor Opp Saf/DTB Bank Moi Avenue P.O. Box 16704–80100, Mombasa. And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in Mombasa Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 8th November, 2023 and any Creditor of Contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition, may give notice to the Petitioner’s Advocate not later than 4.00 p.m. of the afternoon before the petition is to heard and 24th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate, for that purpose, and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any Creditor or Contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of regulated charges for the same.
