INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS, by an order dated the 11th October, 2023 I authorized: (1) Nelson Njiru Nyaga, Deputy Director of Co-operative Audit of Nairobi Headquarters and (2) John Kinyua Kimuhu, Principal Co-operative Officer of Nairobi Headquarters to hold an Inquiry into Meru Central Coffee Co-operative Union Limited (CS/1939) within fifteen (15) days. And whereas, the said officers have not been able to complete the exercise in the expected time. Now therefore, I extend the inquiry period for another thirty (30) days.
