NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of laws of Kenya to the owner of motor cycle KMFH 176B and KMEC 908H to take delivery of the said motor cycles and remove them from Kamiti Road Githurai 44 opposite Uncle Sam within twenty one (21) days from this publication of the notice upon payment of storage. Failure to which the said motorcycles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds there from will be utilized to defray the storage charges and any other incidental costs and the short fall if any will recovered by the means of legal proceedings.
