NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1683, in Volume DI, Folio 331/3319, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Jayshree Bipin Patel, formerly known as Jayshree Bipinbhai Patel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jayshree Bipinbhai Patel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jayshree Bipin Patel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jayshree Bipin Patel only.
