NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th November, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1020, in Volume D1, Folio 340/3399, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Dennis Muigai Wambui Gaucho, of P.O. Box 619–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dennis Gichera Wambui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dennis Gichera Wambui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Muigai Wambui Gaucho, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dennis Muigai Wambui Gaucho only.
