NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 820, in Volume D1, Folio 312/2908, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Caroline Muciku Gatuguta (guardian), on behalf of Bridget Wanjiru Muciku (minor), formerly known as Bridget Kinyasi Mwambingu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Bridget Kinyasi Mwambingu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bridget Wanjiru Muciku, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Bridget Wanjiru Muciku only.
