NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 196, in Volume B-13, Folio 2310/19776, File No. 1637, by our client, Shamsah Mohammed Hassan Basadiq, formerly known as Sham Mohammed Hassan Mahmud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sham Mohammed Hassan Mahmud, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shamsah Mohammed Hassan Basadiq, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shamsah Mohammed Hassan Basadiq only.
