Bulbul-Koitui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kimutai Too alias Francis Kimutai Kiptoo, who died at Kaptembwo, on 10th August, 2022. Box 433, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Jesondin Ngetuny, who died at Lessos Farm, Kabongo, on 1st June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson Kipchirchir and (2) Isaac Kipkogei Bungei, both of P.O. Box 3059–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kinyor Bungei, who died at Ngeleltarit, on 19th August, 2020.
