Box 343, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetich arap Yator, who died at Kapsoit, Kericho, on 4th September, 1979. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Chepkoske Sigilai, (2) Samwel Kiprono Kurgat and (3) Robert Kipkirui Kurgat, all of P.O. Box 67, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Chepkemoi Rugut, who died at Chepkosilen, on 19th February, 1996. CAUSE NO. E41OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Kiprotich Soi and (2) Joh Kiplangat Soi, both of P.O. Box 489, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Towett Chesoi Mogeso alias Chesoi arap Mogeso, who died at Chepkosilen, Seretut, Kericho, on 20th April, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
