Box 85370–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Theuri Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital, Othaya in Kenya, on 10th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By (1) Priya Hetul Chandaria, of P.O. Box 1404–00606, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Rimal Dinesh Shah, of P.O. Box 4–00623, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dineshkumar Nemchand Shah, who died at Mwembe Tayari, on 8th July, 2023. E187 OF 2023 By Agatha Nafula Kibengo, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Esther Nyamongo, who died at Machakos, on 4th August, 2023.
