TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 607 OF 2016 By Richard Miyoyi Akech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Songa alias Bonface Onyango Songa, who died at Mayenya, on 8th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2023 By Mary Ajwang Odiemo, of P.O. Box 53, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odiemo Olocho alias Pius Odiemo Olocho, who died on 1st October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E621 OF 2023 By Gabriel Odero Ndiege, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Achola Ogenda alias Benedict Achola, who died on 7th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
