CAUSE NO. E690 OF 2023 By Chrispinus Omeri Imailuku, of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obarasio Imailuku, who died at Kwangamor Sub-location, on 4th March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E699 OF 2023 By (1) Serefina A. Obote, (2) Valary Achieng and (3) Frankline O. Obote, all of P.O. Box 77–50400, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Anthony Obote Otuka, who died at Tanaka Nursing Home, on 7th July, 2023.
