CAUSE NO. 489 OF 2023 By (1) Francis Ndiritu Karinga and (2) Miriam Kabiu Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 18, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Karinga Mururi alias Karinga Mururi, who died at Shamata Scheme, on 22nd July, 1985.
