TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By (1) Doreen Kendi Mutwiri and (2) Janet Kajuju Mutwiri, both of P.O. Box 2438, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muriyia Mutwiri, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2023 By Joses Mugambi Justus, of P.O. Box 365–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Ngautani M’Mugwika alias Grace Ngautani J. M’Mugwika alias Grace Ngautani J. Mugwika, who died at Nchaure, on 22nd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
