CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2023 By Janet Nduku Musyoka, of P.O. Box 35492–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Musyoka Mutisya, who died at Katine, on 23rd September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Ndunge Wambua and (2) Julius Musila Wambua, both of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Wambua Nthiwa, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
