TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2023 By Thomas Wambua Musyoka, of P.O. Box 64–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutete Ndambuki Silla alias Mutete Ndambuki, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2023 By Paul Muya Nyoli, of P.O. Box 230–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndata Kilela, who died at Kalandini Sub-location, on 4th May, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
