E365 OF 2023 By (1) Dennis Odhiambo Opondo and (2) Beler Akinyi, the deceased’s son and widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oduor Opondo, who died at Kaugagi Sub-location, on 5th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E389 OF 2023 By Fredrick Odhiambo Ochieng, of P.O.
