CAUSE NO. E392 OF 2023 By Eunice Adhiambo Ochuno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Matara Ariri, who died at Koboula Kogwang, on 26th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E394 OF 2023 By Isaiah Omwanda Ogony, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roselida Akeyo Ogony, who died at Asego, on 23rd December, 2012. CAUSE NO.
