TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2023 By Stella Bonareri Orori, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyasimi Nyabate, who died at Gesoni, on 10th February, 1985. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2023 By Isaac Momanyi Bikundo, of P.O. Box 233, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Omwenga Ogoti alias Omwenga Ogoti, who died at Mogusi, on 1st August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
