CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2023 By (1) Serah Wanjiku Kanja and (2) Daniel Kanja Githiri, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Githiri Githiru alias Stephen Githiru, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2022.
