TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Lucy Njeri Chege, of P.O. Box 55–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Mbatia, who died on 21st February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Zipporah Wamuyu Gathondu, of P.O. Box 455–10103, Mukurwe-ini in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles H. Gathondu Kamiru, who died at Gaturia Sub-location, on 1st October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
