E36 OF 2023 By Dennis Amuchula Shisungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelius Shisungu, who died at Kapsotik Sub-location, on 16th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2023 By Grace Mallongo Ibrahim, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Kasiero Kebongo alias Solomon Kasiera Kebongo, who died at Kipchekwen Sub-location, on 26th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2023 By Adamba James Masibwa and (2) Abigsai Injeria Alusa, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Adamba Mudoya alias Amos Adamba, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 10th May, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
