Box 50, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Ireri Rukingi, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2023 By (1) Nathan Mureithi Maganjo and (2) Agra Muthoni Maganjo, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maganjo Kathutwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2023 By Beatrice Syokau Mailu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mailu Mwove, who died at Riakanau Sub-location, on 9th January, 2022.
