CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2023 By Dennice Oduor Otieno, of P.O. Box 43, Bar Ober in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Othieno Opondo alias Cosma Onyango alias Cosmas Otieno Opondo, who died at Kathieno “B” Sub-location, on 27th July, 1997. THE KENYA GAZETTE 29th December, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
