E75 OF 2023 By Aphline Atieno Okore, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Okore Oludo, who died on 16th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2023 By Peter Awuor Nyaguti, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Otieno Nyaguti, who died on 6th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2023 By Sofia Adoyo Yalo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Yalo Osogo, who died on 2nd June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
