TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2023 By (1) Ahmed Abukar Ali and (2) Abdullahi Abukar Ali, both of P.O. Box 8266–00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abukar Ali Elasaw, who died at Mogadishu, Somalia, on 4th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By Mohamed Abdi Ahmed, of P.O. Box 25949–00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismail Abdi Ahmed, who died at Nairobi, on 26th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
