TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2022 By Munaf Dawood Ahmed, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shauk Daud Ahmed, who died at Nyali, on 9th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2023 By Fahmy Abubakar Mohamed, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abubakar Mohamed Omar Khatib, who died at King Fahad Hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on 11th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
