REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Brigitte Gaal, of P.O. Box 90019–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Ms/Block 1/502, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
