REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Augustine Nyagetuba Mayaka (deceased), of P.O. Box 1916–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.001 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 82/1043, and whereas (1) Masese Dorah Sella Nyagetuba and (2) John Kennedy Muma are the registered administrators, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
