REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kiplangat Kirui, of P.O. Box 2750–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2159 hectare 17th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 16/233, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
