THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rose Wangui Ngure, (2) Paul Mwaura and (3) Harit Amritlal Sheth, all of P.O. Box 30075–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.01180 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi Block 188/346, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, and whereas the County Land Registar converged a hearing under section 14 (a) and (b) as well as section 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act, and whereas investigations by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations established that the parcel was fraudulently transferred to Wangari Ngugi, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reissue the said title and upon such registration, the lease certificate issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
