THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibiego Chemweno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Tembeleo/Elgeyo Border Block 9 (Komba-Emit)/125, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Patrick Kibet Kipyego and (2) Elzabeth Kipyego, both of P.O. Box 5098, Eldoret, and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Kibiego Chemweno (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Patrick Kibet Kipyego and (2) Elzabeth Kipyego, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibiego Chemweno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
