GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15616

WHEREAS Mahugu Ngechu alias Mahugu s/o Ngechu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.67 hectares or thereabout, known as Aguthi/Gaki/925, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 262 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to John Mahugu Mwema, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Alexander Ngecu Mahugu, (2) James Wachira Mahugu, (3) John Mahugu Mwema, (4) Nyaguthii Maina, (5) Mahugu Maina, (6) Regina Wanjiru Mwangi, (7) Teresia Nyaguthii Mucina, (8) Margaret Wanjiku Muchina and (9) Mary Waruguru Wangeci, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents LRA 39 and LRA 42 in favour of the said John Mahugu Mwema, as administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Alexander Ngecu Mahugu, (2) James Wachira Mahugu, (3) John Mahugu Mwema, (4) Nyaguthii Maina, (5) Mahugu Maina, (6) Regina Wanjiru Mwangi, (7) Teresia Nyaguthii Mucina, (8) Margaret Wanjiku Muchina and (9) Mary Waruguru Wangeci, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mahugu Ngechu alias Mahugu s/o Ngechu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
