THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Laban Ndungu Miri and (2) Peter Nganga Dishon (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land containing 1.43, 0.80 and 0.68 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 16/Githembe/984, 981 and 978, respectively, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at 5160 5160 Murang’a in succession cause no. E29 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Lukas Njoroge Ng’ang’a, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deeds to the said Lukas Njoroge Ng’ang’a, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said (1) Laban Ndungu Miri and (2) Peter Nganga Dishon (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
