GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15622

WHEREAS Solomon Njagi Kimani alias Solomon Njagi alias Njagi Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.43 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Kiriari/893, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in succession Cause No. 200 of 1988, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Jane Muthoni Nyaga and (2) Wilson Muturi Njagi as administrators to the estate of Solomon Njagi Kimani alias Solomon Njagi alias Njagi Kimani, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of (1) Jane Muthoni Nyaga (ID/0354036) and (2) Wilson Muturi Njagi (ID/375830), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Solomon Njagi Kimani alias Solomon Njagi alias Njagi Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
