REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kipsoi A. Ngeny (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Kipkelion/Chepseon Block 4(Chepseon)/770, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 35 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Juliana Chepkoech, and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Edward Kipsoi A. Ngeny (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Kipsoi A.
