PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan for Bondo Municipality formerly Bondo Town was on the 27th October, 2023, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Director in Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, Bondo Municipal Manager’s office, Bondo Sub-county Administrator’s office and the County Government of Siaya website: https://siaya.go.ke/ Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Director in Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, or Bondo Municipal Manager, P.O.
