NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles: old BMW, KAG 289Y, Saloon; KCV 050W, Toyota Suzuki Alt; KBA 331G, Toyota Hiace and KAR 028C, Honda RVR, to collect the said abandoned motor vehicles lying at our client’s yard, Joyland Storage Yard, situated off Elgeyo Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be disposed of through public auction and or private treaty without further notice or reference to the owner(s). The proceeds shall be used to defray storage charges and other costs and the shortfall shall be recovered from the owner through legal ways. Dated the 23rd October, 2023. ELIUD C.
