NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE of intention to sell is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, laws of Kenya (Cap. 38) to the owners of the shipping containers Nos. GLDU9650287 and GLDU3454266 together with the unidentified goods therein lying at the yard of Messrs. Aldonai Enterprises Limited, situated along Mombasa–Nairobi Road, at Kokotoni Centre, Kilifi County, unless the said owners pay Messrs. Aldonai Enterprises Limited storage charges, costs in Nairobi CMCC No. 7903 of 2018, the sum of KSh. 2,966,200, and upon settling the consequent legal and auctioneers fees within ninety (90) days of publication of this notice.
