NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 668, in Volume D1, Folio 308/2884, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Devina Maya Wadhwa, formerly known as Devina Dinesh Wadhwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Devina Dinesh Wadhwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Devina Maya Wadhwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Devina Maya Wadhwa only.
