NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1348, in Volume DI, Folio 323/2320, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Anthony Kamau Kaihu, of P.O. Box 205, Mukurweini in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anthony K. Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anthony K. Macharia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anthony Kamau Kaihu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Anthony Kamau Kaihu only.
